Warranty Policies
 
 

All of our parts come with a full 1 Year Warranty unless an even longer warranty is noted! 

Most of our parts are new and have a zero percent failure rate.  If you believe you have a defective or wrong part, please email us at sales@TurboChargerPros.com , subject 'Warranty Issue' so that we may get you out a replacement. It is our policy to replace ALL defective or wrong parts. Returning defective or wrong parts WILL BE treated as a standard return and subject to a reboxing fee. No exceptions.

Our warranty policy is to charge a deposit on a replacement, equal to the value of the part, and ship out a replacement. The deposit is refunded when we get the defective back.  We cover shipping both ways on the replacement.  When the blades are damaged the part is NOT under warranty, see pictures below. 

Please be sure to include some contact numbers and emails because our techs will contact you with troubleshooting tips or to arrange replacement.

 

 
 

 


Turbo destroyed by contaminants in the system.  Compare the blades from the destroyed turbo on the left, to the one on the right. Failure to clean the system, including removing and inspecting ALL oil lines, can destroy a turbo.  Damage to blades can only be caused by contaminants, and will void any warranty.  If you are not going to install a turbo properly, don't bother.
