Return Policy parts are returnable provided they have not been installed, used or damaged and are returned within 30 days of purchase. You will lose shipping (actual shipping charges if you received free shipping) and there will be a Restocking Fee of 15% ($20 minimum) on ALL returned parts. Please print out the return form for return specifics and include in the box. Parts returned as used or incomplete, or parts returned to a different address will receive no refund. Parts returned after 30 days will not be refunded. 

If you have a part that you believe is wrong or defective, please contact customer service and we will arrange a replacement. Uninstalled parts returned as a wrong part or defective, without prior approval by customer service, are subject to normal restocking fees. Installed parts returned as defective or wrong, without prior approval by our staff, will not be refunded.  

Refunds are typically processed in just 3-5 business days upon receipt by our warehouse. Please look for a refund on your credit card about a week after we receive the product. If you do not see your refund at this time, please email [email protected].
