Return Policy parts are returnable provided they have not been installed, used or damaged. You will lose shipping (actual shipping charges if you received free shipping) and there will be a Restocking Fee of 15% on ALL returned parts. 

If this is a defective replacement, please see warranty info. It is our policy to replace defective parts. If you return a wrong or mis-shipped item, it WILL be treated as a return. Please see the Warranty page for info on defectives.  Installed parts can NEVER be returned.  

Please do not call to check the status of your return as we are handling hundreds of inquires a day.  Refunds take up to 3 weeks to be processed.  Please keep your tracking information, this is your proof of return. 

Returns must be received by us within 30 days of purchase date.  Returns after this date will not be accepted.  Returns that do not include the return form are not accepted. 

If you do not hear from us in three weeks of sending your part, then email . Inquires before three weeks will not be answered.  We apologize for sounding harsh but we will get your return processed.
