Ford diesel turbo trucks are notorious for having original turbocharger problems. Shown are the Ford diesel turbo OEM turbo and an aftermarket turbo. When doing turbo repair or a turbo replacement you have the option of purchasing either the original or an aftermarket turbo. As you can see these two turbos are manufactured to the same specifications.
