This turbo is NOT an exact bolt-on replacement, it does require some modifications. The integrated exhaust manifold ports and mounting locations, downpipe positioning and flange style, and compressor inlet piping are the same as the stock turbo's. You will need to install new oil feed and drain line, make minor adjustments to the original coolant lines and install new charged air piping to the compressor outlet.
To support the higher HP achieable with this turbo, we highly recommend replacing the factory fuel injectors with upgraded fuel injectors. There are no Tech Notes. It fits 2004 Volvo S40 ,2005 Volvo V50 ,2006 Volvo C70 ,2008 Volvo C30 and more!
