This is a brand new K04-style upgrade turbocharger that fits US-spec 1997-2006 Audi A4 & VW Passat 1.8T. Does NOT fit any Golf, Jetta, Beetle or Audi TT because of different mounting points! Has a slightly larger compressor housing to flow more air and make more power. You may notice a slight improvement on an otherwise stock vehicle, especially if your original turbo is worn out, but you'll notice an even bigger improvement if you have supporting mods like an intake, exhaust, intercooler, larger fuel injectors, and a tune to make it all work reliably together.
